BIG FISH DEVELOPMENT - PHASE 3 CIVIL WORKS

Civil & PAD Works for Lots 41 & 42, Private Road & Detention Basin Areas at 459 Pumicestone Road, Caboolture QLD 4150. Works included the design and construction of civil works and infrastructure services, inclusive of
• Stormwater drainage, sewer, water and electrical services relating to subdivision;
• Installed a substation;
• NBN works;
• Creation of a detention basin in the south west corner of the site;
• Roadworks inclusive of street lights, line marking and street trees;
• Landscaping - external to site boundary and for an internal portion within the site;
• Completion of all PAD levels within the internal boundaries of the site.
