WOOGAROO TRUNK SEWER MAIN -       TRENCHED PIPEWORKS

The Woogaroo Trunk Sewer Main contract included the supply of plant & labour, supervision, equipment, materials, investigations and permits required for the trenched pipe works including:

• Compile safety plans, method statements and ITPs to manage the works.

• Survey set out

• Excavate, lay, backfill and test 2600m of 1200mm RC pipe ranging in depth from 3m to 9.5m

• Construct 40 instu manhole structures including PE liners ranging in size from 1500mm to 2100mm dia in accordance with the drawings and specifications

• Construct bored pile and pilecaps for aerial crossings including installation of 1200mm MSCL pipe and headstocks

• Excavation and removal of 3600m³ of rock

• Design and supply shoring & dewatering of the works

• Welding and testing of plastic liners in concrete pipes & manhole units for the full length of the work

• Vacuum testing of completed works

• Compile and submission of `As Built` documentation
